Disneyland and Mother's Day 2013

Kaela's first trip to Disneyland was over Mother's Day weekend. Nana, Papa, Savta, Grandpa, Keren, and Ari all came too, and we spent 3 nights at the Disneyland Hotel and 2 days at the Park. On day one she met princesses at Ariel's Grotto during brunch, spent a bit of time at California Adventures and then met the rest of the gang at Disneyland. We spent most of the days at Disneyland, and she went on many rides. She even got over her fear of fireworks and enjoyed watching them as they went off over Sleeping Beauty's Castle. Her favorite rides were Star Tours, Splash Mountain, and Space Mountain, but the most precious expression on her face during the whole trip was when she met her first princess, Ariel, at brunch. She just ran into her arms and gave her a big hug. On Mother's Day we went to the special Mother's Day brunch at the Disneyland Hotel where there was an abundance of delicious food, champagne, and more princesses to meet - fun for all of us!
